The Research and Learning function of BC HRMA exists to support an increase in the knowledge, strategic capability and impact of the association’s members and increase the perceived importance and contribution of HR to the organization and the provincial economy. The work of this function, and the association, includes research articles, whitepapers and tools such as the HR Metrics Service.
