This toolkit provides tips and information concerning culturally competent sourcing, hiring and retention practices. It is designed to assist HR and hiring managers to better understand the cultural differences of skilled immigrants and to challenge common biases that Canadian HR professionals might have when interviewing and/or hiring internationally-trained applicants.
