The Knowledge to Help You - The Experience to Show You How

Helen Luketic and Ian Cook are the team behind the metrics service.

As a former measurement analyst and the recipient of the 2007/2008 Rising Star Award for her work with HR metrics, Helen has deep, hands on experience in capturing, calculating and communicating metrics.

Ian has worked developing HR scorecards and evaluating the return from HR programs. He complements Helen’s knowledge with ideas on how to use metrics to build credibility and influence your organization.
