There are two ways you can register for an event or workshop:

1. For immediate service, securely register online.

2. You can also download a registration form (PDF format), complete it, then FAX or mail it back to us.

GST Exemption
If a registration is being paid for by an organization that is GST exempt per the Act governing GST, proof of such status must be submitted with the registration request. If the registration is being charged to a personal credit card and reimbursed by a GST exempt organization, a GST Exemption Certification Form must also be submitted. Online registration is therefore not available for GST exempt registrations.

Eligibility
BC HRMA events and workshops are open to both members and non-members.

Deadline
Please register at least 48 hours before an event or workshop (exception CHRP EXAM registrations MUST be received by the indicated deadline date). Registrations will NOT be accepted on the day of an event.

Payment
Pre-payment is required for all BC HRMA events and workshops. If registering by mail or fax, please do not send registration without payment. Payment is the responsibility of the registrant. A $30 processing fee will be applied to all NSF cheques and declined credit cards. This does not apply to online transactions.

Cancellations and Refunds
A full refund, less a $25 processing fee will be issued for cancellations submitted in writing to BC HRMA one week prior to an event or workshop. Substitute attendees are permitted up to the day of the event or workshop; member/non-member rates will be applied. Refunds cannot be completed online.

Please specify any special needs such as wheelchair access or dietary restrictions at the time of registration.
