Presenters:

Jim Kirkpatrick, has worked in the field of organization development for over 15 years. He has worked as a management consultant in the fields of healthcare, education, finance, manufacturing, not-for-profits, and government. Jim current works as the Director of Training and Development for First Indiana Bank in Indianapolis, Indiana. He is responsible for their Balance Scorecard Management System, Leadership Development, Training and Career Development Program. Jim holds a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Indiana State University and a Master's degree in Education from the University of Wisconsin. A full refund, less a $25 processing fee will be issued for cancellations submitted in writing to HRMA one week prior to an event or workshop. Substitute attendees are permitted up to the day of the event or workshop; member/non-member rates will be applied. Refunds cannot be completed online.
