If you are looking to learn more about the HR Metrics Service, sign up for this 30 minute demo.

This half hour web meeting includes:

  • a live demonstration of the data collection and survey website
  • a review of the survey process, including survey timelines
  • information on how to sign up
  • 10 minute Q&A session with Helen Luketic, Manager of HR Metrics & Research who administers the service

Presenters:

Helen Luketic, CHRP, Manager, HR Metrics & Research, BC HRMA.

Helen brings more than nine years of HR experience to her role in the Manager, HR Metrics & Research at BC HRMA. She combines her CHRP, B.A. in Economics, HR information systems knowledge and experience in HR metrics to provide informative, relevant and timely comment on the issues and challenges facing HR.

Previously, Helen was the driving force behind the implementation and management of HR metrics at Vancity, and pursued technical education in databases and reporting to support her work there. For her innovative achievements at Vancity, Helen was the recipient of BC HRMA's 2008 Rising Star Award.

Helen developed the province-wide HR metrics benchmarking system, learning materials, and the ResearchVoice website to assist B.C. organizations with their human resources management. Helen believes in sharing knowledge and is a regular contributor of HR metrics-related articles to HRVoice.org and is the founder and editor of the blog "Fireside HR".

All practitioner levels who wish to learn more about the service, would like a demo of the survey site, or have specific questions answered.
