| Full Conference |
| This package includes all three days of conference. It includes all sessions,
events, meals, breaks and Showcase excluding only the Mystery Dinner on Wednesday, which must be purchased separately. |

| Single Day |
| Includes all sessions, events and meals for the selected day excluding the
Mystery Dinner on Wednesday and the Awards Gala on Thursday, which must be purchased separately. Also included in all Single Day
registrations is the Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening. |

| Group Discounts |
| Group discounts are available to groups that submit their applications together manually with payment. Where there is a
mix of member/non-members attending, the applicable rates will apply. Should cancellations take place within a group, pricing will be adjusted accordingly. The
CHRP discount does not apply to groups. |

| Group of 5 to 9 |
| Groups of 5 to 9 registrants from the same company will receive an additional 5% off the current online price. |
| |
| Groups of 10 to 15 |
| Groups of 10 to 25 registrants from the same company will receive an additional 10% off the current online price. |

| Groups of 26+ |
| Groups of 26 or more registrants from the same company will receive an additional 15% off the current online price. |

| Not a Member but want the Member rate? |
Become a member of BC HRMA before March 31st
and save $65 off your membership when you register for conference. Please fax or mail in both your membership
application form and your conference registration form and we will process them accordingly. This offer is
not available online and does not apply to student memberships. Please allow 5 business days for processing. |

| Early Bird Deadline |
| Early bird registrations will be accepted until 5:00 pm on February
12th. Mailed registrations must be postmarked no later than February 12th. We are sorry, but we cannot make exceptions or extend this deadline,
so register now! |

| Cancellation Policy |
| A full refund, less a $50 processing fee, will be issued for
cancellations received in writing up to 5:00 pm on March 15, 2010. Cancellations received between March 16th
and 5:00 pm April 23rd will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after April 23rd;
however, substitutions will continue to be accepted. Member/non-member rates will apply
and are due upon substitution notification. Cancellations must be submitted in writing by e-mail or mail. |
