BC HRMA has secured preferred rates for delegates to attend the 48th annual BC HRMA Conference,
in a variety of hotels in downtown Vancouver. We urge you to book your accommodations early to obtain your preferred location
and rates. Please note the last day you are able to register with each individual hotel. After the deadline dates, conference
prices will no longer be in effect and availability of rooms will be very limited.
Guest room rates are quoted per night in Canadian funds and are subject to 10% Provincial Room Tax and 5% Federal Tax and
1.5% Destination Management Fee unless otherwise noted. All tax structures and percentages are subject to change without notice. |

It is imperative that individuals indicate they are affliated with BC HRMA when making reservations.
All booking and payment of hotel accommodations are the sole responsibility of the conference attendee.
Individuals will be responsible for their own room charges, incidental charges and hotel taxes.
Upon check-in, hotels will take an imprint of your credit card to guarantee final payment of all
