| Basic Conference Package |
| Includes the two-day conference beginning on Thursday morning and ending on
Friday afternoon. All sessions, meals (lunch and Awards Gala on Thursday, breakfast and lunch on Friday), breaks
and Showcase are included. Also included is the Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening. |

| Full Conference Package |
| Includes pre-conference workshops and Showcase on Wednesday (lunch included) and
the two-day conference beginning on Thursday morning and ending on Friday afternoon. The two day conference
includes all sessions, meals (lunch and Awards Gala on Thursday, breakfast and lunch on Friday), breaks and
Showcase. Also included is the Welcome reception on Wednesday evening. |

evening. Tickets may be purchased separately for the Mystery Dinner and Awards Gala, subject to availability. |

| Not a Member but want the Member rate? |
Become a member of BC HRMA before March 31st
and save $65 off your membership when you register for conference. Please fax or mail in both your membership
application form and your conference registration form and we will process them accordingly. This offer is
not available online and does not apply to student memberships. Please allow 5 business days for processing. |

| Early Bird Deadline |
| Early bird registrations will be accepted until midnight on February
15th. Mailed registrations must be postmarked no later than February
15th. We are sorry, but we cannot make exceptions or extend this deadline,
so register now! |

| Cancellation Policy |
| A full refund, less a $50 processing fee, will be issued for
cancellations received in writing up to March 24, 2008. Cancellations received between March 24th
and April 21st will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. There will be
no refunds for cancellations received after April 21, 2008; however, substitutions will continue to be
accepted until April 24, 2008. Member/non-member rates will apply and are due upon substitution
notification. Cancellations must be submitted in writing by e-mail or mail. |
