Exhibiting at Western Canada’s largest tradeshow provides the chance to: reinforce your brand, launch new products, and network with more than 1,000 HR decision makers. As an added bonus the tradeshow is open to the general business community on Tuesday, April 15th.

Staged in the stunning waterfront ballroom of Vancouver Convention Centre West, the tradeshow is exclusive to only 100 vendors. This intimate networking allows for face-to-face connection with people who will ultimately purchase your products and services.

Exhibitor Schedule of Events

Mon April 14 MOVE IN
2:00pm – 6:00pm Tradeshow move in and exhibitor registration. All exhibitors must pick up their registration badges and be moved in by 6pm.
9:30am – 6:00pm
8:30am – 9:30am Exhibitor coffee in tradeshow.
9:30am Tradeshow doors open to conference delegates and general public.
9:45am – 10:15am
High Traffic
Delegate coffee break in tradeshow.
11:00am – 11:45 am Exhibitor lunch boxes served (two per booth).
11:45am – 1:45pm
High Traffic
Delegate lunch served. Seating provided in Ballroom B with exit into tradeshow.
3:15pm – 3:45pm
High Traffic
Delegate coffee break in tradeshow.
5:00pm – 6:00pm
High Traffic
Welcome reception and speed networking activities in tradeshow.
6:00pm Tradeshow closes.
9:30am – 11:00am
8:30am – 9:30am Exhibitor coffee in tradeshow.
9:45am – 10:45am
High Traffic
Delegate coffee break including time for delegates to attend the tradeshow.
11:00am – 12:15pm Exhibitor move out. Please clear the tradeshow by 4pm.
12:15pm – 1:45pm Exhibitors join delegates and sponsors at a seated celebration luncheon in Ballroom A. Best booth will be announced at this time. Each booth receives two seats.

Please Note: No packing of equipment, literature, etc. or dismantling of booths will be permitted until the official closing of the Tradeshow at 11:00 am on Wednesday, April 16th. If absolutely necessary, special arrangements may be made in advance with Richard Deacon

Pricing is based on location. Please see the Tradeshow Map for specific locations of the three booth types. Booths are assigned first to conference sponsors. All other booths will be assigned on a first-come-first-served basis once payment has been received by BC HRMA. Space is limited. The tradeshow sells out every year so book early to avoid disappointment.
