Members holding the CHRP designation qualify for $50 off their conference registration. The reduced price will be available when you register online and on the manual registration form.

To apply a discount to your online conference registration, enter your discount code in the Discount field on the Shopping Cart item summary page. Discount codes are case-sensitive. Click the Apply button and ensure that your balance has been adjusted before proceeding to check-out. Discount codes will be emailed to applicable groups.
Early bird pricing applies until 5:00 pm on February 14, 2014. Mailed registrations must be postmarked no later than February 14th. We cannot make exceptions or extend this deadline, so register now!
Groups of five or more registrants from the same organization are eligible for group discounts. Where there is a mix of members/non-members attending, the applicable rates will apply. Should cancellations take place within a group, pricing will be adjusted accordingly. Group rates are not available online, please submit one Group Registration Form, as well as a Session Selection Form for each group member at the same time (online rates will apply). Full conference registration includes all sessions, events, meals and breaks excluding the Mystery Dinner, which must be purchased separately.
Single-day conference registration includes all sessions, events, meals and breaks for the selected day only. Single day registrants may also purchase Mystery Dinner tickets.
Please note that the tradeshow is open to the general public with free admission on Tuesday, April 15th only. Delegates will have exclusive tradeshow access on Wednesday morning.
A full refund, less a $50 processing fee, will be issued for cancellations received in writing up to 5:00 pm on February 14, 2014. Cancellations received between February 15th and 5:00 pm April 1st will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after April 1st; however, substitutions will continue to be accepted. Member/non-member rates will apply and are due upon substitution notification. Cancellations must be submitted in writing by email or mail.
Not a member but want the member rate?
Become a member of BC HRMA and apply for conference before February 14, 2014 and we will waive the $65 membership application fee. Please email, fax or mail in both your membership application form and your conference registration form and we will process them accordingly. This offer is not available online, but online prices apply. This offer does not apply to student memberships. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing.
Business casual is the attire for all conference events.
