BC HRMA has secured preferred rates for conference delegates at three hotels within a 5-minute walk of the Vancouver Convention Centre. Guests must indicate their conference attendance when making the reservation.

All booking and payment of hotel accommodations are the sole responsibility of the conference attendee. Individuals will be responsible for their own room charges, incidental charges and hotel taxes. Upon check-in, hotels will take an imprint of your credit card to guarantee final payment of all charges incurred during your stay. Please note the cancellation policy for each hotel when you are booking. Guest room rates are quoted per night in Canadian funds and are subject to 12% HST. All tax structures and percentages are subject to change without notice.
