BC HRMA offers an intensive two-day CHRP preparation workshop several times a year in locations across the province. The goal of this course is to equip candidates with the tools and knowledge needed to prepare effectively for the National Knowledge ExamTM (NKE™) and the National Professional Practice AssessmentTM (NPPA™) .
NKE™ Prep Course
Participants review and discuss important HR theory for each competency area. Sample exam questions will be analyzed, enabling participants to identify knowledge gaps. Participants will have an opportunity to practice in a simulated exam setting and discuss techniques for passing.
The Canadian Council of Human Resources Associations (CCHRA) offers Campus HR, a multimedia internet course with content related to the Required Professional Capabilities (RPCs) tested on the exam. Included is a practice exam with detailed feedback of your score on each of the RPC areas to help determine where further learning is required.

NPPA™ Facilitate Learning Session
During the full day NPPA™ Facilitated Learning Sessions, CHRP candidates are provided with an opportunity to collaboratively work with peers to review potential exam questions and possible solutions for the Professional Practice Assessment. Participants are expected to bring sample scenarios for discussion.
