Sheila Stacey - Awards

Sheila Stacey is the Controller for Norco Products Ltd. Though born and raised in the Montreal area, she and her husband have called the West Coast home since 1991.

As a 17-year member of Norco’s Senior Management team, she leads one of the “Top 25 Companies to work for in BC” in developing all Human Resources policies. She ensures that the company provides an environment that inspires development, engagement and growth to its team of 130 employees across Canada.

She has also served on the Board of Directors for the Tri City Chamber of Commerce, recognizing the value membership to nonprofit organizations can bring to her firm.

Sheila has been an active member of BC HRMA since 2005. When Norco moved their head office to Port Coquitlam, she recognized the need for networking opportunities BC HRMA was not yet providing in the Tri Cities Area. As a result she hosted round tables for businesses in the Tri City Area, addressing pertinent HR issues. Sheila has been actively supporting
BC HRMA's goal of creating the Greater Vancouver Advisory

Chairing this BC HRMA Advisory Committee offers the importance of what she can give back to the community by leading by example and sharing her hands-on experience with the members, council, and other businesses.
