Kristi Searle, CHRP - Chair

Kristi Searle is a certified personnel consultant with 20 years experience in human resources, operations and management. She owns and operates Peoplebiz Consulting (Richmond), which specializes in all facets of HR and carries out the mission to help create successful businesses through great people.

She has enjoyed a continuous and amicable affiliation with BC HRMA over the years, from sitting as the Board of Director Vice President 2003-2004, Board of Director for Volunteer Coordination 2001-2003, Chair Volunteer Coordination 1996-2001, the Co-chair and member of the Richmond/Delta Roundtable and mentor from 2006 to today. Kristi still finds time to volunteer as Council Chair for her strata, a Captain of Block Watch and has been an active member of the Jericho Sailing Association as a training instructor.
