Geoff Watts, CHRP - Professional Development and CHRP

As a Senior HR Consultant with Ingram Micro, Geoff is responsible for providing proactive advice and support on current HR practices and policies for the Vancouver team.

Geoff holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Guelph and has worked with diverse companies including the world’s most broadly based manufacturer of health care products, an entrepreneurial lifestyle products company which was named number one on Profit Magazine’s Profit Hot 50 in 2006, and the world’s largest technology distributor.

A proficient communicator and CHRP holder, he is skilled at developing sustainable relationships while maintaining professional credibility and integrity.

Geoff joined BC HRMA and the Richmond/Delta roundtable in June 2007 after relocating from Ontario where he was an active member of the HRPA. As the Professional Development & CHRP Advisor, he is responsible for listening to members and determining their specific learning needs for the region. Geoff is passionate about health-oriented business strategies and a proponent of a healthy lifestyle. Geoff loves the outdoors, is an avid runner and has a long-term goal of summiting the highest peak on each continent. In work and in life, Geoff hopes to inspire others to have big dreams and big goals.
