Andreea Beutel, CHRP - Mentoring

After relocating to Vancouver more than four years ago, Andreea Beutel has been working for Best Buy Canada (Burnaby) within progressive roles. Her current role is Supervisor, Rewards Administration whereby she manages a team of five and executes HRIS responsibilities. Andreea’s 10 years of work experience have been in various areas of HR including training, recruiting, HRIS, and HR administration within the different environments of the automotive industry, the regional branch of a Fortune 20 corporation and a corporate office servicing two different brands and over 20,000 employees across Canada.

Andreea has a bachelor degree with a major in Economics - International Trade, yet it was her fascination with people and discovering what makes them tick that kept her in HR. She has been a member of BC HRMA since she moved to Vancouver and has volunteered with the Rising Star Award and 2008 Conference as well as participated in different roundtables and events.
