Victoria Pazukhal, CHRP - Professional Development & CHRP

Victoria Pazukha, CHRP is a Human Resources and Career Consultant with a specialization in strategic workforce planning and development, career management, and labour mobility. She is knowledgeable about labour market integration strategies and practices and has experience working for government-funded employment and skills development programs as a consultant and facilitator. She has served clients in construction, transportation, engineering, finance and education sectors and worked both locally and internationally. She also operates a consulting firm specializing in organizational and boundaryless career management services for individuals and organizations. In her work and volunteer engagements she likes to support and motivate others, discover potential for improvement, build partnerships, and let teams and individuals do what they like doing in order to achieve common goals.

Victoria has a Master’s Degree in Neurophysiology, Diploma in Psychology, Train-the-Trainer and Personality Indicator Certificates, training in employment law and organizational behaviour. She is also a Certified Career Development Professional.

In her free time Victoria likes to travel and explore cultures and the ways people think about and engage in their daily lives.
