Mun Kang, CHRP - Events

Mun is a Recruitment Coordinator with Vancity Credit Union. She has been an active member and volunteer with BC HRMA since 2006, with 2009 being her first year serving on the Advisory council.

Mun holds the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation. She graduated from BCOU with a Diploma in Business Management Studies, and is a graduate of BCIT with a Certificate in HR Management coupled with an Associate Certificate in Leadership.

In her current role, Mun’s responsibilities encompass recruitment of frontline positions in Vancity’s call centre and branches. In addition, she is responsible for reporting recruitment metrics as a means to support Vancity's business objectives and goals. She is also part of the Vancity Diversity team where she works on implementing Vancity’s diversity strategy.
