Katherine Sainas, MBA, CHRP - Mentoring

Kathy is the President of Sainas Consult Inc. and has been on the Advisory Council since its conception in 2004.

Katherine (Kathy) is a senior human resources professional with twenty years of consulting experience, specializing in assessing, developing and implementing programs designed to attract and engage employees. In 2005, she established her own consulting practice, Sainas Consult Inc., and works with a variety of organizations providing services in the areas of compensation, job evaluation, performance planning and management, and performance improvement programs. Kathy is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), holds the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation, and has an MBA from the University of British Columbia.

Kathy has served on the Coastal Vancouver Advisory Council for three years and is the coordinator of the mentor program for the region.
