Coastal Vancouver Advisory Council:

With the goal to further enhance membership growth, regional representation, and membership value in each region, a reorganization of the Coastal Vancouver region was implemented in 2009 resulting in the creation of a seventh region - Greater Vancouver. Our council is made up of members representing a broad range of HR experience and areas of practice and is responsible for the portfolios listed below.

The Coastal Vancouver Advisory Council has been instrumental in enhancing the experience of our members by being a conduit of information between the members and the Provincial Office, bringing a local perspective to new initiatives, generating volunteering opportunities to maximize member engagement, increasing the profile of the association by exposing it to the broader business community and contributing to the strategic and operational activities of the association in general. The Coastal Vancouver Advisory Council welcomes input from all BC HRMA members who would like to be involved with the growth of HR practice in the region. Please attend this region's upcoming events to meet some of the members you see below.
