Matt Salomons
Internal Human Resources function for the Assocation. Management of the CHRP designation including exams, prep courses, and the recertification & audit process. Planning assistance, marketing, and logistics of the Coastal Vancouver Professional Development sessions.
Matt, a Bachelor of Commerce degree recipient from the University of Alberta, brings his vibrancy and enthusiasm to the organization. With a father who was in the Human Resources profession for over twenty years, majoring in this field was a natural choice. His education, as well as work and life experiences have made him a well rounded individual. His outgoing personality and great customer service skills are well utilized in this position.
With two European born parents, Matt has always had a passion for travel and has been to 10 different countries on three continents and plans to do more. He loves to be outdoors and camping and snowboarding are two of his favorite pass times. This is one of the main reasons he made the move from Edmonton, Alberta to the "not so sunny" shores of Vancouver.
