Lynn Webb
Directs all aspects within the Business Development Department and Annual Conference
For those who know Lynn describe her as a gentle, warm and caring individual, a true leader of the heart. Lynn is a highly skilled individual who embraces each task with professionalism. Excellence is the benchmark for which Lynn operates. Whether it is leading the dedicated business development team, planning the next conference or taking the time to mentor a fellow colleague, her heart and soul give the absolute best.
Lynn brings to BC HRMA many years of experience in business management, leadership development in addition to meeting and event planning, both at the local and international level. An ardent learner she has gathered a number of certificates and diplomas encompassing many areas including management, music and medicine.
She is an enthusiastic world traveler with a passion for 'rubbing shoulders with the locals'. Her travels have taken her to Mexico, Romania, Europe, Honduras, Belize, Caribbean and other 3rd world countries searching for the best ways to make a difference in the people's lives. She has been involved in music throughout her life, a TV show producer, and an international motivational speaker providing insight into women serving in leadership roles.
Lynn enjoys her busy life as a wife, mom and grandparent to her 2 adult children and their 3 beautiful babes. She lives each day as an exuberant believer in setting out plans and following your dreams.
Favourite activities include her family, friends, biking, animals, sailing, exploring the globe and the study of humanity.
