Liz Whalley
Supporting the growth of the HR Metrics Service for BC HRMA
A consummate organizer, Liz has more than 20 years experience in project and operations management, with a focus on developing systems and processes for growing organizations.
As a member of the HR Metrics team, Liz ensures processes are in place for organizations to receive timely and accurate data, and systems are efficient and flexible to handle the growing number of participants in the service.
Liz loves working with the BC HRMA team, and particularly enjoys the flexibility of her role. She works 30 hours a week, which allows time for her 'second job' as mom to three active daughters.
Born and raised in the UK, and with a degree in Business and French, Liz emigrated to Vancouver in 1989 and wouldn't want to live anywhere else. She makes the most of the North Shore mountains and in her free time enjoys biking, skiing, swimming and running. Her other passions are eating and drinking, and her favourite evening is one spent with good friends, great food and a spectacular bottle of red wine.
