Jason McRobbie has a Bachelor Degree of Journalism, Hons. from Carleton University and a passion for people, stories and good writing. He has over 15 years of communications experience in various creative capacities, including seven years as the editor of BC Restaurant News, marketing manager for Chapters and an ongoing contributor to Alive magazine.

Joining BC HRMA as editor of PeopleTalk magazine at the start of 2008, he is working with industry experts to provide a fresh infusion of energy to the province’s pre-eminent human resources magazine. Continuing to serve as a freelance writer/photographer and creative consultant under the auspices of Imagination Think, he is working to constructively align PeopleTalk’s quarterly contributions with BC HRMA’s ongoing communications.

Away from the keyboard and lens, Jason enjoys exploring BC cuisine, cooking, hiking and sharing good company.
