Manager and liaison for all programs, events, initiatives and inquiries within the Vancouver Island Region

Carolyne Taylor provides exceptional service to support learning and training. Working with clients in both the private and public sectors since 1994, Carolyne works to bring out the positive attributes in others, helping them to meet their goals while building a sense of community and partnership.

Creative, innovative and client-focused, she is committed to continuous improvement, constantly looking for new ways to improve systems, processes and practices. Carolyne worked with the Victoria Police Department in the Human Resources Department prior to beginning her entrepreneurial efforts.

Her company, 24 Carrot Learning, contracts with BC HRMA to provide exceptional support from her office on Vancouver Island. She's been an integral part of the association for well over a decade and a half. She is focused on increasing benefits to our members through new programs and participation opportunities.
