Lead Facilitator – Online Community
Bettina Arnum Boyle
Supporting the launch and growth of the BC HRMA Online Member Community
Bettina has a background in organizational development and online learning. She brings to her role experience as group facilitator and leader of change initiatives, combined with a passion for community building and online collaboration.
Bettina has worked in a variety of consulting, training, project management and organizational change roles in private, non-profit, education and public organizations in Canada, Europe and Asia. As an online coach and facilitator, she helps people to find useful and engaging ways to work and collaborate online. At BC HRMA she is excited to use her experience to reach out to members to co-create the online community and to help support the conditions for this community to flourish.
Bettina holds a B.Sc. in International Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School and a M.A. in Adult Education - Workplace Learning and Change from University of Toronto. As an avid traveler, she recently settled in Vancouver where she enjoys the West Coast lifestyle of hiking, biking and yoga as well as sipping lattes and hanging out with her husband and daughter.
